A Pusoy hand is split into three rows: a three-card front, a five-card middle, and a five-card back. Each row is scored separately against your opponents' matching rows. Win two out of three rows and you take the unit for that round. Win all three and you scoop — collecting from every row at once, which usually means a doubled payout on

the unit. The back row must rank equal to or higher than the middle, and the middle must rank equal to or higher than the front. Set them out of order and you foul, which forfeits all three rows automatically.
